On 31st January, 2026, under the guidance of Principal Dr. Yogesh Kumar Goyal, the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department of Autonomous State Medical College (ASMC), Firozabad has organized a one day conference on Clinical Insights on High Risk Pregnancy ” Risk to Rescue: Preventing the Preventable”. The Chief Guest for the Program was Dr Tamkhin Khan, Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Aligarh Muslim University & founder of still birth Society of India. The Organising Chairperson of the program was Dr. Prerna Jain, Professor & Head, Obs & Gynae and Dr Divya Chaudhary, Associate Professor and Dr Shipra Gupta, Assistant Professor, Obs & Gynae was organizing secretary of the program. Dr Saroj Singh, ex-principal, SN medical college Agra, Dr Shikha Singh, HOD Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr Kalpana, HOD Obstetrics and Gynaecology & other esteemed guests gave their talk with the aim to reduce maternal & perinatal mortality and morbidity. 03 UPMC credit hours were awarded by UP medical council. A poster competition was also organized for PG students of different medical college’s, in which Dr Flora Tyagi, PG resident of OBGY department of ASMC Firozabad stood first. Around 150 gynecologist from different part of states attended & benefitted from this academic extravaganza. HODs, Faculty members, resident doctors and interns, MBBS Students attended the event.
